# We find the cancer patients the system misses.

And we help get them to the right care. In doing so, we are building the prospective, outcome-linked cancer registry that does not exist yet.

Our story

## It started with patients who were never sent.

HMT was founded by two surgery-trained physicians who kept seeing the same thing: patients who could have benefited from a specialized cancer operation, and who were simply never referred for it. The evidence was usually already in their charts.

We started with HIPEC and peritoneal disease, where that gap is sharpest. The same problem exists across cancer care, and so does the solution: read what every patient already generates, notice what matters, and help the clinician get the patient to the right place.

Where we are

## Kansas City, building for the space between health systems.

We are based in Kansas City, Missouri. We build for community, rural and independent practices and the cancer programs around them, because that is where patients are most often lost.

HMT also holds patent-pending work on HIPEC drug delivery, advanced through grant funding.
